Physical Therapist We are excited to announce a position for a
Part-Time Physical Therapist who will deliver direct rehabilitation
services to patients referred by physicians, adhering to all
relevant laws, regulations, and our organization's standards. Key
Responsibilities Provide physical therapy care in accordance with
established protocols. Engage in community health initiatives and
projects as needed. Implement and interpret departmental programs,
objectives, policies, and procedures. Ensure compliance with
patient rights, safety, and sanitation standards. Maintain
confidentiality of all sensitive and proprietary information.
Understand and adhere to organizational policies, including those
related to harassment and compliance. Follow prescribed physical
therapy treatment plans for patients. Supervise and assess the care
provided by Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs), Rehabilitation
Aides, and students in the PT and PTA programs. Utilize therapy
software effectively and accurately. Deliver exceptional customer
service and maintain a positive demeanor towards patients.
Qualifications Must be a graduate of an accredited physical therapy
program, holding a BSPT, MSPT, or DPT (those graduating in 2003 or
later must possess an MSPT or DPT). Proficient in Microsoft Word,
Excel, and email communication. Familiarity with the laws,
regulations, and guidelines governing operations in post-acute care
settings. Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend the English
language. Working Conditions This role requires a commitment to
