Job Description Job Description Job Title: Entry-Level Sales Representative (Commercial Truck Equipment) Location: Phoenix, AZ Reports To: Sales Manager / General Manager Job Type: Full-time Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our Commercial Truck Equipment team. This role is ideal for someone looking to start their career in sales while learning the ins and outs of the automotive and truck equipment industry. You will work with commercial clients, including contractors, municipalities, dealerships, and fleet operators, to provide tailored truck equipment solutions. Key Responsibilities Learn and apply sales techniques to identify and develop new business opportunities Assist customers in understanding their needs and recommend appropriate truck equipment solutions Prepare quotes and proposals with guidance from senior team members Collaborate with internal departments (engineering, service, and installation teams) to ensure customer satisfaction Maintain product knowledge of truck bodies, liftgates, toolboxes, and other equipment Attend trade shows and industry events to build industry awareness Keep accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system Work toward achieving monthly and annual sales goals with mentorship and training Qualifications Strong interest in sales and customer service Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office and CRM experience a plus) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Automotive or engineering experience is a plus Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary commission opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Simple IRA with company match Paid time off and holidays Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities
