RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. This position is responsible for providing excellent care to patients in an outpatient clinical setting.

2. This is specifically for Ophthalmology care.

3. The incumbent must be effective in unifying the business, operational, support and clinical arms into a cohesive team.

Qualifications:
MD or DO Degree

Board Certification in Ophthalmology (new grads welcome)

Active and unrestricted AZ medical license or willing to obtain one.

Outpatient practice experience, preferred

Proficient computer skills - MS Office Products (Word/Excel) and Electronic Health Records systems

Demonstrates flexibility

Displays excellent/compassionate communication skills with staff and patients

Epic experience, a plus - not required
