Develops and implements solutions to influence business
decisions for relevant CoSA or line(s) of business. Assists with
the development of best in practice solutions to complex business
challenges. Identifies opportunities to change, enhance, or
streamline existing business projects and initiatives. Acts as a
subject matter recourse to assure proper compliance with processes
and regulatory requirements.

* Identifies opportunities and/or implements business solutions
to meet business needs. * Researches, plans, develops, implements,
and administers rules, requirements, procedures, contracts, and

* 4 or more years of experience in a risk management,
compliance, regulatory, or audit function within the banking or
insurance industry * 2 or more years first line of defense
experience in surveilling/monitoring financial services
transactions * Understanding of Risk Management principles and
regulatory expectations applicable to Consumer Lending or Credit
Operations within a financial institution * Experience supporting
risk program implementation in a first line of defense risk role at
a large Retail Bank * Problem solver ability to break down problems
by component, determine root cause, drive clear steps to solutions
* Experience in a highly dynamic environment undergoing change;
ability to partner & consult effectively at all levels of
the organization in a highly complex business environment, dealing
with competing priorities * Experience monitoring all sources of
risk across various Consumer Lending or Credit Operations products
and services to include working with data management * Experience
in risk control self-assessments, identification of material risks,
monitoring Key Risk Indicators, adhering to issue management
standards, and assessing control design and effectiveness
