costumer service with no sales. You will take inbound calls and

You will be the consummate problem solver, answering customer calls
according to established procedure. You must maintain an excellent

Qualifications
Two years of phone and/or customer service experience with
demonstrated ability to provide solutions according to professional
standards
Good written and verbal communication skills, especially listening
and problem solving
Good knowledge of computer systems and multi line telephones
