Job Description Job Description We are looking for a dedicated
Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Chandler, Arizona.
This contract position offers an excellent opportunity to support
key HR and administrative functions while growing into a leadership
role over time. The ideal candidate will be flexible,
detail-oriented, and eager to learn, with a strong interest in both
HR and payroll processes. Responsibilities: • Facilitate new
employee orientations, ensuring all required paperwork and
procedures are completed accurately. • Manage and maintain employee
files, including orientation materials and review documentation. •
Handle data entry tasks related to payroll, benefits, and employee
records with precision. • Organize and track employee review
schedules, insurance payments, and other follow-up calendars. •
Conduct audits of health insurance and 401(k) payments to ensure
accuracy. • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of
employee-related documents such as performance reviews and benefits
information. • Assist with administrative tasks across HR and
payroll departments, providing cross-functional support as needed.
• Support the training and safety programs by maintaining relevant
documentation and schedules. • Collaborate with team members to
streamline HR and payroll processes, contributing to overall
efficiency. • Adapt to changing priorities and assist with special
projects as required.• Previous experience in human resources or
administrative roles is preferred. • Proficiency in data entry and
maintaining accurate records. • Strong organizational skills and
attention to detail. • Ability to adapt to a flexible work
environment and changing priorities. • Willingness to learn and
grow into expanded HR responsibilities. • Excellent communication
skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with payroll systems
and HR procedures is a plus. • Ability to work independently while
contributing to a collaborative team environment.
