Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified professional to join their winning team for the role of a seasoned Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. Please only apply if you meet the following criteria:

1. Active Property and Casualty license

2. Two plus years of insurance experience

We are seeking a professional familiar with explaining State Farm Billing, resolving policy issuance and reinstatement problems, and who will act as our retention specialist. Two years of State Farm, American Family or Independent Agency background with great references will be required to win this job.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day
