Job Title: Housekeeping Inspector

Job Summary: Join our team at one of our resort locations we service in Scottsdale, Arizona as a Housekeeping Inspector. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of guest rooms while delivering exceptional service to guests and colleagues.

Responsibilities:


Oversee the cleanliness and tidiness of all public areas and guest rooms, including lobbies, corridors, and recreational spaces.
Monitor and restock supplies and amenities in public areas and guest rooms to maintain guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely setup and breakdown of events and activities in public areas.
Promptly report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel for resolution.
Provide outstanding customer service by being courteous, helpful, and attentive to guest needs.
Enforce adherence to safety and sanitation protocols to uphold the resort's standards.
Assist management by fulfilling other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the resort.



Requirements:


Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and efficiently manage multiple tasks.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering excellent service.
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required by the resort's schedule.
Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance at all times.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition to interact positively with guests and colleagues.
