Job Description Job Title: Family Medicine Physician Work Environment: Outpatient private practice with three established locations Location: Phoenix, AZ Hours & Schedule: Full-time or Part-time, Monday–Friday Travel Required: None Salary / Hourly Rate: $225,000 – $260,000 per year Bonus Offered: RVU-based bonus Benefits Offered: Medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), CME Why work with us: We care about provider care as much as we do about patient care. Job Summary: The Family Medicine Physician will provide comprehensive primary care in a fully outpatient setting, supporting preventive health, chronic disease management, and patient education. This role is ideal for someone who values continuity of care and wants to practice medicine in a relationship-driven environment. Job Duties & Responsibilities: Perform annual wellness exams and provide preventive, acute, and chronic care Manage a diverse panel of patients across all ages Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care Support managed care initiatives and quality programs Provide patient education to promote healthy lifestyle and disease prevention Participate in practice-wide quality improvement efforts Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine Valid Arizona medical license (or ability to obtain) Current DEA registration Experience in outpatient primary care preferred Strong patient communication and interpersonal skills If you meet all of our criteria and would like to be considered, please apply with your most updated Resume/CV.
