Leadership: Collaborate with elite medical partners, pharmacies,

Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) initiatives to
maintain a "deficiency-free" standard. Fiscal Oversight: Manage the
clinical budget, including staffing ratios, labor costs, and
medical supply inventory. Qualifications Licensure: Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license (Must be eligible for California
endorsement). Leadership: 3 years of experience as a DON, ADON, or
Resident Care Manager in Senior Living, Memory Care, or Skilled
Nursing. Expertise: Deep knowledge of State/Federal regulations and
a track record of successful surveys. Communication: Polished
leadership presence with the ability to build rapport with affluent
families and medical professionals. Adaptability: High emotional
intelligence and the ability to lead effectively in a fast-paced
