Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Associate Psychotherapist (LMSW, LAC) - Supervised Position to join our team! You will provide mental health services in individual or couples sessions for a private practice. Responsibilities: Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues Offer assistance to individuals with a wide range of mental health challenges Provide evidence based psychotherapy Implement and review treatment plans Collaborate with supervisor and other associates Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner Qualifications: Previous experience in mental health counseling or other related fields, or recent graduate from masters level program Has passed Arizona Board of Behavioral Health licensing exam Ability to provide clients with mental health resources Excellent written and verbal communications skills Ability to build rapport with clients Desire to obtain clinical supervision hours towards independent licensure Adhere to HIPPA and all applicable state licensure regulations Benefits: Supervision hours toward independent licensure Administrative staff providing scheduling services Fully furnished office space provided with separate office phone line Supervisor and administrative staff will facilitate credentialing process with insurance carriers Training from Supervisor in the use of SimplePractice online portal Billing services provided Flexible scheduling available Company Description At Phoenix Mental Wellness, we are committed to fostering both personal and professional growth within a supportive and collaborative environment.
