Job Description:
HCRC Staffing is seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical
Therapist to join our healthcare team in Peoria, AZ. The ideal
candidate will be responsible for providing patient care and
rehabilitation services designed to treat patients with injuries or
physical disabilities. This role requires a compassionate
individual with strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to
helping patients achieve their maximum levels of physical
functionality and quality of life. Assess patient condition by
conducting physical examinations; identifying physical
disabilities; establishing treatment goals. Develop treatment plans
by prescribing exercises, manual therapy techniques, and other
necessary interventions. Implement treatment plans using techniques
that are appropriate to patient needs and responsive to their
health conditions. Motivate patients during treatment in order to
help them achieve their maximum performance and recover their
health capabilities. Document patient care services by charting in
patient and department records according to accepted regulatory,
corporate, and professional guidelines. Maintain patient confidence
and protects operations by keeping information confidential. Comply
with federal, state, and local legal and professional requirements
by studying existing and new legislation; anticipating future
legislation; enforcing adherence to requirements; advising
management on needed actions. Expert knowledge of physical therapy
principles, theories, methods, and evidence-based practices.
Skillful in various forms of physical manipulation and therapy
equipment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to handle physical workload and dexterity to manage complex
machinery and systems. Proficiency in using physical therapy
software and other healthcare IT systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Physical Therapist license
in the state of Arizona. CPR certified. Completion of a clinical
residency in physical therapy is preferred but not required.
