position requires a Registered Nurse with extensive experience in
neuro-critical care. The role demands proficiency in managing
patients with critical neuro diagnoses. Candidates must have
experience with cranial surgeries, brain tumor removals, and spine
surgeries. The nurse will be responsible for a patient ratio of
1:2. All nurses in this role must demonstrate competence in sterile
techniques and procedures. Travelers will need to complete specific
clinical skills assessments upon orientation. Floating between ICU
floors and tele units is required. Candidates should be prepared
for educational training on facility-specific policies and
equipment. The hospital operates with 24/7 pharmacy and respiratory
therapy services. Scheduled shifts may include standby assignments.
Holidays will be covered as part of the core staff rotation.
