to work in a high-stress environment Description: The Emergency
Department Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for
assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to
assigned patients on a per shift basis. The role includes
supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The
nurse will be accountable for supporting the facility's CNO to
ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. Competency
of clinical staff and appropriate resource management related to
patient care will also be key responsibilities. The patient ratio
during the day is 4:1, and during the night, it is 5:1. Navy blue
scrubs will be worn by all nursing staff in the department. 5
