Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. A full-time Occupational Therapist position is available at an elementary school in Scottsdale, AZ, serving students from kindergarten through eighth grade. This contract role is set to begin ASAP and extend through May 21, 2026, focusing on providing comprehensive OT services within a school setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services to a caseload of approximately 40 students, ranging from mild to severe needs. Provide itinerant support across one or two locations, adapting services to diverse student requirements. Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to ensure quality care. Manage compensatory services as required. Collaborate with educational staff to create and implement individualized therapy programs supporting student success. Qualifications and Experience: Valid Arizona Occupational Therapist license. Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. Proven experience working in school-based occupational therapy settings is strongly preferred. Ability to manage a varied caseload efficiently while maintaining accurate documentation and communication. Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, staff, and families. Location: Onsite position based in Scottsdale, AZ, serving an elementary school environment.
