multidisciplinary team in a supportive environment. Role Overview
As a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Medical Director, you
will: Develop and implement care strategies that improve function
and quality of life Collaborate closely with primary care
providers, therapists, and APCs Provide treatment for spasticity
and pain management Prescribe adaptive devices to enhance patient
safety Promote opioid-sparing therapies through education and
clinical practice Lead quality improvement initiatives in medical
directorship meetings Support staff education on rehabilitation
