The ideal candidate will provide compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple units, including Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical (Med Surg), and Telemetry (Tele). This role involves floating between units as needed, providing flexible and comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. Candidates must be comfortable working night shifts and adapting to different clinical environments. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in Med Surg, Tele, and PCU units. Float between units as required, demonstrating versatility and adaptability. Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and implement care plans. Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document patient care accurately and timely in electronic health records. Adhere strictly to hospital policies, safety protocols, and compliance standards. Qualifications & Requirements: Current and unrestricted State Nursing License in Arizona. Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in Med Surg and Telemetry units. At least 1 year of experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU). Current ACLS and BLS certifications. Ability to work night shifts and coordinate floating assignments comfortably. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN). Proven experience working in fast-paced hospital environments. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems. Prior experience with patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration.
