Part-time General Dentist Opportunity in Glendale office. This is a brand new office, relocating from another office down the road with a built up patient base and additional operatories to serve patients and the community Company is able to provide H-1B, TN, and Green Card sponsorship for this position. Position Details: Full team of in house Board eligible, or Certified, specialists to support your specialty needs Predominantly PPO practice Comprehensive dental office Compensation 30% - 34% of production based on experience Guaranteed compensation in first 60 days Full time Dentist expected to make between $150,000 and $400,000 Schedule: 2 - 3 days per week Fridays Required Location: Gentle Dental Glendale 23455 N 67th Ave Glendale, AZ 85310, US Benefits Include: Employee Assistance Program Medical and pharmacy, dental, vision (for employees and their families) Basic life, AD&D, and long-term disability insurance 401k plan and deferred compensation plan CE credits Malpractice Additional CE credits and partial License and DEA reimbursement after 2 years For candidates who are considering relocating into the area, relocation assistance and state license reimbursement is available.
