facility\n \n\nICU Registered Nurse Qualifications\n \n Active
Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona\n Minimum 2 years of
recent ICU nursing experience required\n Current ACLS (AHA) and BLS
(AHA) certifications\n No license restrictions or disciplinary
actions\n Previous travel nursing experience preferred\n Flu
vaccination required (declinations considered)\n Must not have an
Arizona home address on driver’s license\n Compliance with
facility-specific background and credentialing requirements\n
\n\nICU RN Responsibilities\n \n Provide high-quality,
compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the
Intensive Care Unit\n Monitor, assess, and document patient
conditions and responses to treatment\n Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient
care plans\n Administer medications, treatments, and advanced life
support as required\n Educate patients and families regarding care
plans and ICU procedures\n Maintain accurate, timely documentation
in accordance with hospital and healthcare policies\n Participate
in on-call and weekend rotations as scheduled by the facility\n
