Job Description Responsibilities - This role is part of the
Outpatient Cardiology Clinic. - Joining 2 advanced practitioners -
Mostly inpatient role - Will cover in clinic when needed. -
Schedule - Mon - Fri - 7am-5pm - No call - One rotating weekend per
month - Impella, Balloon Pump, Complex PCI, TAVR, Mitra Clip,
Shockwave, ELG, Vascular, Carotid Stent Qualifications PA
Requirements: - Degree as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) - Graduation
from an accredited Physician Assistant program - Must hold and
maintain: a.) AZ Regulatory Board of Physician Assistants License,
b.) NCCPA - National Commission on Certification of Physician
Assistant. - Valid DEA registration. - Must meet credentialing
criteria for medical staff NP Requirements: - Master's Degree in
nursing. Graduate of accredited program for nurse practitioners -
Compact state or Arizona RN license - Arizona Advanced Practice
Nurse license - Must hold and maintain National Certificate as a
nurse practitioner in area of specialty under AZ regulations: a.)
NP-AACN, b.) NP-AANP, c.) NP-ANCC, or d). NP-PNCB - Valid DEA
registration - Must meet credentialing criteria for medical staff
