Job Description:
CenterWell Senior Primary Care Centers is seeking a dedicated
Family, Internal, or Geriatric Medicine Physician to join our team!
You have the opportunity take a quality focused, and hands-on
approach, addressing patient needs inside the exam room and look
beyond to understand how social determinants of health are
impacting health outcomes. We have a unique care model that sets us
apart for patients and providers. We are experts in senior-focused
primary care with a multidisciplinary approach. Key
Responsibilities: Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM;
no nights, no weekends, no holidays! Dedicated administrative time
weekly Patient Care: Lower patient volume with focus on quality and
relationships Longer appointment times = more 1:1 time with
patients Serve as a lead medical expert within the Care Team,
actively participating in daily huddles. Required Qualifications:
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
Board-certified or board-eligible in Geriatric Medicine, Family
Medicine, or Internal Medicine. Valid, unrestricted medical license
in the state of desired employment (or willingness to obtain).
Current, unrestricted DEA license. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing a Medicare Advantage patient panel with a solid
understanding of best practices in a coordinated care environment.
Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and coverage. Familiarity with
HEDIS quality indicators. Compensation and Benefits: Guaranteed
base salary plus bi-annual bonus (20% of base). Comprehensive
benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance
effective on your first day of employment. CME allowance -
$3,500/yr + 40 hours Occurrence-based malpractice insurance.
Relocation and sign-on bonus options available. 401(k) with
employer match. Life insurance and disability coverage. Total days
off (PTO +holidays) is 33 Compensation (base pay + quality bonus)
can exceed $300KDOE and Location Lucrative Sign-on Bonus (Maryvale
& Sun City up to $100K)
