Division Medical Director - Primary Care.5 FTE Clinical + .5 FTE Medical DirectorBe a leader of leaders! Assigned a flexible number of practices to lead, you will have the ability to continue providing excellent patient care. This position will allow you to be based at your current practice but expand your influence to other clinics and health centers in the Phoenix-Metro area.As a Medical Director, the qualified candidate will provide guidance and cultivate efficiency related to patient care delivery, focusing on value-based care, risk recapture, and quality outcomes. This role includes medical case review, utilization, and quality review, along with providing recommendations, advice, and liaison services concerning quality and cost-effective patient care.
