Job Description:
Seeking registered nurses for weekday night shifts (7:00 PM -
7:00 AM) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus, 40 hours of upfront PTO, and
shift differential pay.
Collaborate with healthcare teams using evidence-based practices to
ensure safe, patient-centered care.
Supervise support staff and perform general nursing duties across
all age groups, including neonate to geriatric.
Requirements include RN licensure in Iowa, BLS (within 3 months),
ACLS, and preferred acute care experience.
Must communicate effectively, demonstrate empathy, and possess
critical thinking and basic computer skills.
Emphasizes teamwork, accountability, and respect for patients,
families, and coworkers.
