Duties include medication assistance/administration, nursing services, training / supervising staff, and all things related to resident well-being.**As an RN, you will:** Train staff and assist the director of nursing.* Support dignity, privacy, independence, choice, individuality, and a home-like environment for residents.* Assist residents with instrumental activities of daily living, ADLs, environmental orientation, assistance or administration with medication, treatments, and other care while encouraging self-care and independence, as permitted by state regulations.* Ensure care as indicated on resident treatment and service plans.* Know and follow infection control and safety procedures.* Review, update, and communicate resident care documentation.* Evaluate health emergencies to determine medical measures per RN scope of practice and state regulations.*You Currently:** Possess a current RN license in good standing.* Typical candidates have 1 year of providing supervision in healthcare.
