Volt is immediately hiring for a General Manager - Manufacturing in Eloy, Arizona. This is a Full-Time/Direct Hire opportunity.

Schedule:
Work Hours: Flexible 40+ hours a week (1st shift)
Travel: Initial training for up to 6 months in Escondido, CA.

Compensation:
Salary: $150,000+ (Salary is open to negotiation)

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.

Qualifications:
Must be able to work on-site at the Eloy, AZ facility (after initial training in CA).
10+ years of managerial experience in a manufacturing environment.
Basic knowledge of modern manufacturing methodologies with preferred experience with mechanical processes including machining, fabrication, assembling, welding, coating, etc.
Track record of successfully managing and working with multi-site, complex, fast-paced operations.

As a General Manager, you will:
Be responsible for all areas of the Eloy, Arizona operations.
Work with the Executive Management Team in California to formulate and implement vision, set strategic goals, and design and execute the master plan.
Build and lead a successful team, ensuring alignment with the master strategy.
Implement strategies to maximize operational efficiency and ensure maximum customer satisfaction, maintaining world-class quality performance.
Manage expenditures to achieve budgeted targets and ensure production runs efficiently with minimal waste.
Ensure operations are compliant with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001), and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (ISO 45001) standards.
Work with California teams to ensure a responsive, flexible, and on-time manufacturing process.
