Key responsibilities include managing billing processes, optimizing accounts receivable, monitoring reimbursement procedures, and improving financial workflows. The Manager will coordinate closely with clinical, administrative, and finance teams to enhance revenue integrity, reduce denials, and maintain accurate patient accounts. The role involves analyzing performance metrics, providing strategic insights, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives to maximize financial outcomes.
