--Schedule:Night Shift, Wed-Sat 4:30PM-4:30AMEssential Duties:Developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Developing initial and subsequent modifications of product assurance program to delineate areas of responsibility, personnel requirements, and operational procedures within programEvaluating the contents of reports from product assurance program department heads and confers with top management personnel preparatory to formulating fiscal budget for product assurance programConducting management meetings and training with product assurance program department heads to establish, delineate, and review program organizational policies, to coordinate functions and operations between departments, and to establish responsibilities and procedures for attaining objectivesMaintaining plant quality systems in compliance with regulatory and customer requirementsSupervising a team of techniciansPerforming other duties as assigned to meet business needsQualifications:High school diploma or general education degree (GED)5+ years related experience1+ year supervisor experienceDemonstrates problem solving capabilities Excellent verbal/written communication skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suit (Outlook, Work, Excel) Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which are subject to evenings, weekends, and holidaysCorporate Summary:At Shamrock Foods Company, people come first our associates, our customers, and the families we serve across the nation.
