Job Description Job Description Field Service Engineer We are an industry leader within the semiconductor market focusing on products for gas and fire safety monitoring. As we grow we are looking for a Field Service Engineer to provide service and training on Gas and Fire Safety Equipment from multiple OEMs. The ideal candidate will have experience with gas detection equipment, chemical analyzers or electro-mechanical products in troubleshooting, calibration and low voltage wiring and have experience with tools like Multimeter and Diagnostic Software. They should also be able to read and work with schematics and architectural drawings and any experience with cleanroom and / or semiconductor fab protocol is a huge plus. Responsibilities: Install, troubleshoot and service fire safety and gas equipment. Work with new and existing customers to prepare quotes on new or add on products, services and systems. Train customers on products and equipment Work with internal teams and engineering to develop and update training modules Provide internal and external trainings on company products Ensure customer service needs are met and visit customer sites up to 50% of the time Benefits Medical Dental Vision PTO 401K Performance Bonus - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
