Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. This opportunity is for a Special Education Teacher to
work a full-time, contract position supporting a self-contained
cross-categorical special education classroom for 6th and 7th
graders. The position involves providing specialized instruction
and support to a class of 17 students in a middle school setting
located in Queen Creek, AZ. Responsibilities include: Designing and
implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each
students needs Delivering specialized instruction for students with
diverse learning disabilities in a cross-categorical special
education setting Monitoring student progress and maintaining
accurate documentation Collaborating with general education
teachers, therapists, and support staff to promote an inclusive
learning environment Managing classroom behavior and providing a
supportive, safe space for all students Desired qualifications:
Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working
with middle school students, preferably in self-contained or
cross-categorical settings Strong knowledge of IEP development and
implementation Excellent communication and collaboration skills
with students, families, and school staff Ability to create
engaging lesson plans adapted to a range of student abilities
