Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and
minimum 1 years Special Education Teacher experience required.

considered. A Special Education Teacher is needed for a contract
position in Glendale, AZ, to serve students with diverse learning
needs during the current school year. This role is integral in
providing tailored instruction and support to students with
disabilities, promoting their academic and social growth within an
inclusive educational environment. Responsibilities: - Develop and
implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in compliance
with legal requirements and best practices. - Adapt curriculum and
instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of students with
disabilities. - Collaborate with general education teachers,
therapists, and families to support student progress. - Monitor and
document student achievement and behavior, providing regular
updates to stakeholders. - Participate in team meetings,
assessments, and professional development to enhance skills and
student outcomes. - Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful
classroom environment. Qualifications: - Valid Special Education
teaching certification applicable to the state of Arizona. -
Experience working with students with a range of disabilities,
including learning, emotional, and physical challenges. - Strong
understanding of IEP development, classroom management, and
differentiated instruction. - Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to work effectively with students, parents,
and school staff. - Ability to manage caseload and adapt to
