Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed to support
students across a range of educational levels, including Early
Childhood, Elementary (K-5), Middle School (Grades 6-8), and High
School (Grades 9-12). This contract position is based in Mesa, AZ,
and offers an opportunity to provide vital speech and language
services within a structured school environment. Key
Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess students speech, language,
and communication abilities. Develop and implement individualized
treatment plans tailored to each students needs. Collaborate with
teachers, parents, and other education professionals to support
student progress. Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes,
and reports in compliance with district and state guidelines.
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and student
intervention planning. Desired Qualifications: Valid state
licensure and certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
Experience working with children across various age groups,
including early childhood through high school. Strong knowledge of
speech and language disorders and intervention strategies. Ability
to engage and motivate students with diverse backgrounds and
learning needs. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
