Job Description Job Description Description: Siding Apprentice – $18/hour Full-Time | W2 | Urgently Hiring Tacheny Exteriors is a fourth-generation, family-owned exterior remodeling company specializing in siding, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, soffit & fascia . We’re growing our in-house crews and looking for dependable individuals who want to learn the siding trade and build a long-term career . What You’ll Do Assist lead installers with siding and exterior installations Learn proper siding installation techniques and safety procedures Load/unload materials, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean and safe job site Follow company quality standards and job site protocols Communicate effectively with crew leads and supervisors Participate in hands-on training and skill development Pay $18 per hour Benefits Health Insurance with HSA Dental & Vision Short-Term Disability Life, Accident & Critical Illness Insurance 401(k) with company match 3 weeks PTO 7 paid holidays Requirements: What We’re Looking For Interest in construction or exterior remodeling Willingness to learn and take direction Basic hand/power tool familiarity (training provided) Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Strong work ethic, punctuality, and teamwork Physical Requirements Standing, climbing, bending, kneeling throughout the day Lifting up to 50 lbs Working outdoors in varying weather conditions Using hand and power tools safely Preferred (Not Required) Construction or siding experience Exposure to fiber cement siding (James Hardie, Allura, Nichiha) Interest in growing into an Installer or Lead role All offers of employment are contingent on a background check.
