About the Internship: Are you passionate about plants, design, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces? AAA Landscape is seeking enthusiastic and motivated interns to join our team this summer. Youll gain hands-on experience working on real projects, learn from seasoned professionals, and get exposure to everything from plant care to irrigation and hardscape design. Whether your focus is horticulture, landscape architecture, environmental science, or just a love of working with your hands, this internship will give you meaningful, on-the-ground trainingand a front-row seat to a landmark year in our companys history. What Youll Do: Assist with landscape maintenance: mowing, pruning, trimming, and more Support planting & installation of trees, shrubs, and flowers Learn the basics of irrigation system repair and maintenance Work on property enhancements (mulching, fertilization, etc.) Safely operate landscape equipment (with training and supervision) Identify plant species and understand care requirements Shadow customer interactions and see how we serve clients Follow industry-leading safety procedures and company policies Help prep tools and materials for projects Take part in team tasks and learn from every experience What Were Looking For: Current student or recent grad in horticulture, landscaping, or related field (preferred) A genuine interest in landscaping and outdoor work Strong work ethic, reliability, and eagerness to learn Physically able to lift 50 lbs.,work outdoors, and handle Arizona heat Valid drivers license Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset What Youll Gain: Real-world landscaping experience with a respected industry leader Exposure to multiple career paths: irrigation, design, construction, arboriculture, and more Mentorship from experienced professionals Resume-building skills in plant care, tools, safety, and project work Paid internship: $15/hour Weekly schedule: MondayFriday, 6:00 AM 5:00 PM (flexible based on availability) 40 hours/week during the summer season Why AAA Landscape?
