--Join the Shamrock Family!Apply Today!Schedule: Mon-Fri 8am -4:30pmThis position is responsible for the administrative support needed to maintain the smooth and efficient operation of the Corporate Office; Performing daily activities that are necessary to maintain common areas with supplies, general clerical duties, reception duties and support multiple Senior Executive Administration Assistants as needed.Essential Duties:Inventory, order, and stock common area supplies (kitchen, break rooms & mail room)Inventory, order, and stock general office suppliesRetrieve, sort and deliver mail dailyCoordinate overnight delivery services (UPS, FedEx, etc.)Cover reception desk for Receptionist's breaksMaintain common and storage areas in a neat and organized mannerVarious clerical duties as requested by Sr. Executive Administrative AssistantsPerforming other duties as assigned to meet business needsQualifications:High school diploma or GEDOne or more years of related experienceProficient with MS Office Suite and standard office hardwareExcellent communication skills, attention to detail, and listening skills requiredMust have demonstrated ability to self-manage time and priorities, provide support to a variety of different managerial styles and meet expectations of multiple people.Must be able to protect the confidentiality of information at an advanced level for all legal, financial, employee, computer or other sensitive information or material.Ability to work flexible hoursCorporate Summary: At Shamrock Foods Company, people come first our associates, our customers, and the families we serve across the nation.
