For over 35 years, Wooddale Village Retirement Community has been caring for its residents with compassion and kindness. We are an independent living retirement community, and we make it a goal for our residents to proudly call Wooddale Village their home.Wooddale Village is looking for a full-time office manager to join our team. Must be proficient in Accounts payable, Accounts receivable, payroll, Microsoft Suite and general office duties. Duties and Responsibilities: Enter new leases in Property Boss Enter and update charges in Property Boss Prepare bank deposits and reconcile to Property Boss Prepare monthly statements Renew leases monthly Prepare end of month reports Complete new hire paperwork Review timecards in ADP and make adjustments as needed Handles medical and dental enrollment Place employment ads when needed Input invoices in QuickBooks Processes checks in QuickBooks Reconcile petty cash and replenish as needed Give tours to prospective residents Back up for front desk duties as needed Prepare schedules for office staff Supervises all concierge, driver, and evening housekeepers Physical Requirements/Working Conditions: Must be able to lift, pull, carry, and or move up to 50 lbs Must be able to stand and walk continuously Qualifications: Background check conductedSalary DOEMonday through Friday 8am to 4pmJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insuranceSchedule: 8 hour shiftExperience: Management: 3 years (Preferred)Work Location: One location
