Responsibilities Manage fullcycle bookkeeping with accuracy and
consistency Enter highvolume transactional data into QuickBooks
Reconcile bank and credit card accounts Prepare checks and ACH
payments Support annual audit processes Prepare annual reports for
the Department of Revenue Partner with internal teams to provide
timely financial information and support Experience Minimum 3 years
as a FullCharge Bookkeeper or similar role Strong understanding of
doubleentry bookkeeping Proficiency with QuickBooks Online
Experience with general ledger reconciliation and financial report
creation Excellent 10key skills and high dataentry accuracy Skills
Exceptional attention to detail Strong analytical and
problemsolving abilities Ability to work independently, prioritize
tasks, and meet deadlines Clear and professional written and verbal
