Securitas Inc., a global leader in protective services, is seeking a dedicated Program Support Specialist to join our expanding team. This role is pivotal in supporting and coordinating programs that reinforce our commitment to delivering high-quality security solutions. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple program elements, facilitating communication across departments, and ensuring alignment with strategic company objectives. This role combines both tactical execution and strategic planning, with a focus on enhancing the efficacy and impact of our security programs. Assist in the development and coordination of program plans and schedules, ensuring they align with corporate goals and compliance standards. Monitor program activities, ensuring the effective execution of security solutions respecting timelines, budget, and quality standards. Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, including internal departments and external partners, to ensure clear understanding and expectations of program objectives and milestones. Contribute to the preparation of program status reports, proposals, and presentations, as required to support team and stakeholder engagement. Identify and address potential risks and issues within program operations, proposing and implementing approved adjustments. Support in the documentation of program processes and outcomes for continuous improvement and compliance with industry regulations. Assist with training sessions and workshops, ensuring all program participants are equipped with necessary skills and materials. Strong organizational and project management skills Excellent communication (both written and oral) and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using MS Office and program management software Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage a diverse workload Understanding of compliance and risk management frameworks Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) is advantageous
