Manufacturing Controller

$150K-$170K base salary (depending on experience)

Phoenix, AZ (hybrid schedule)

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis..
• Conduct regular financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities, improve efficiency, and maximize profitability within the manufacturing processes.
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliation of accounts, accruals, and financial statement preparation.
• Lead the development and execution of internal financial reporting processes and cash flow projections, ensuring accurate and timely insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development within the finance team.
  Qualifications:
  • Manufacturing industry experience - Semiconductor preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
  • Management experience of a staff of 10 or more
