Job Description:
Innovate to solve the world's most important challenges--As an
Avionics Systems Engineer II here at Honeywell, you will be
responsible for the analysis, design, integration, validation, and
verification of avionics systems. Your role will involve
requirement analysis and decomposition, systems design, model-based
systems development, systems integration, systems validation and
verification, flight test, issue investigation, and customer
interaction. You will play a critical role in ensuring the
functionality and performance of our avionics systems, contributing
to the success of our engineering programs. You will work out of
our Phoenix, AZ (Deer Valley) location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to apply your technical
expertise and problem-solving skills to develop innovative
solutions for flight controls and avionics systems. Your work will
contribute to the advancement of aerospace engineering and the

export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S.
Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent
resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or
refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export
authorizationYOU MUST HAVE ------- Bachelor's degree in a technical
discipline in engineering, science, or technology ------- 2 years
of experience working on Flight Controls, or other Avionics or
engineering programs, or equivalent experience OR a Masters Degree
in Aerospace Engineering WE VALUE ------- Knowledge of the systems
development lifecycle ------- Past Flight Controls or avionics
experience and knowledge ------- Strong analytical,
problem-solving, and organizational skills ------- Ability to
identify problems and significantly improve or change existing
methods and techniques ------- Ability to adapt dictated by program
changes ------- Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work
